Red Boy - Large Butt Plug Red

The size is pleasurable, but I would rate the size as medium. I had it in in less than 10 seconds. The base is really really flimsy. If you're not careful, you will suck the base inside of your anal track. It would be a more fun plug if it had a stronger base. The base folds in on itself as it goes inside you.
The best plug I've purchased and used would be the "Large Black Triple-Ripple Butt Plug." I normally compare size to that plug.
Also, a tip for all of you who find it difficult to insert a Butt Plug into you and/or your partner. I would recommend you buying an inflatable butt plug. If you used it to open up the anus (by sticking it half way into the ass and inflating it bit-by-bit), it will make anal sex and toys more enjoyable with a lot less pain.
I think the companies that produce butt plugs need to realize that the base of the plug needs to be strong, stiff and hard to bend. Products built like this would be well worth the money spent on them.
As for the size, the money spent on this plug was worth it.
The plug is made of a soft, smooth and firm material. It felt wonderful going in. I just wish the base was stronger so I didn't have to hold on to the base with two finger to enjoy the plug.
When I buy a plug and the base is really flexible, I typically make a hole just above the base of the plug. Then, I run a soft, small rope/cord through the plug and wrap the rope/cord around the plug a few times. After that, I make two more holes in the top and bottom of the base of the plug and run the ends of the rope/cord through those holes creating a plug with a tampon effect. I make sure the rope/cord at the end of the plug is about a foot long before tying a surgeons loop to keep it together. This makes it so I can pull the plug back out if my ass sucks the plug in to far. I hope this tip helps out others when they encounter this problem.

Awesome buttplug! This was my first actual, real buttplug and I was NOT disappointed. I really love the stuffed and filled situation that it gives.
I thoroughly enjoy being filled with this in public and/or for extended wearing. The wider base can cause irritation after being inserted for awhile, though this actually works out pretty well for buttplug training. The wider base also allows for more intense sensations "down there."
After reading the other reviews, I've realized that I'm not the only one who's had this plug entirely (or almost entirely) slip inside the rectum... total buzz kill during orgasm and raises the odds of an embarrassing ER visit.
-In my humble opinion, the designers should look into adding a stable base. I own the medium size as well and the base is completely molded solid and it provides much-welcome safety and security. The large really needs something like this!
I recommend that every buttplug lover experience the Red Boy eventually.

In a nutshell: I LOVE THIS BUTT PLUG! The large Red Boy has been one of my absolute favorites for several years now and has become my "go-to" plug.
PROS:
-Egg-shape bulge (versus the classical cone shape) gives a wonderful sense of fullness that other plugs (even larger ones) can't quite seem to match for me...
-Wider-than-usual stem/neck adds to the intensity of this plug's fullness. Great for getting ready for bigger and better toys or play.
-Value is quite reasonable for the price
-Great for those who are already comfortable with the typical Doc Johnson "Medium" size (1.75" diam.) but want to open up for the "Large" sizes (2.25"+ diam.).
CONS:
-There is a very flexible and non-solid base at the end... have had a few close calls over time with feeling as though this plug was about to slide entirely in. BE CAREFUL!
-The material (PVC/Sil-a-gel) can get worn out over time. They tend to last me about 1-2 years worth of use before I replace my current Red Boy and even keep a spare one in my collection. I wish Doc Johnson made a pure silicone version of this!
I think that every butt plug lover should have one of these in their collection or at least experience it at some point. Try it out sometime, you won't be disappointed!!

I was looking for a butt plug that would give me great pleasure and this one is it. The smooth texture allows it to slide in and out of me easily. The "in" part is nice, the only drawback is that it slips out, too! I would like this Big Boy to stay in place a little better. Damn I love the feeling it gives inside me! No problems with the base - I like the wider diameter. No pain when it comes out.

The Red Boy is my favorate butt plug but it is probably not for everyone. It is big and it may take weeks before you can get it in and even longer to get used to it. You must take it very slow and it is best to use very slippery lub and even use another medium or large toy first to relax the sphincter muscles. Once you get used to it it provides an wonderful full sensation. One caution is that the base is pretty pliable and it is possible to suck it all in if you are masterbating or do anything else that really squeezes your anus. I came close a couple times so am real careful If it wasnt for that I would wear it far more. I really love the pressure and even after it is out my ass feels great after effects.
