    This is a decent enema kit. Very standard but a good deal for the price. Easy to use and easy to clean. I store it in a drawstring bag to keep all the pieces together. The first several times I used the full kit. I filled up the pouch and attached the hose and attached either 'nozzle'. Then I started using the pouch as a hot water bottle and used a bottle with a narrow tip (think of a salon applicator bottle) to funnel the water through the hose instead. This allows for quicker refills and you don't have to worry about clipping the hose to stop the water flow. You can also monitor how much you're taking in.
