    Originally we purchased this to help aid my girlfriend with her screaming in bed. We often were too loud for our apartment building. The gag is perfect. though her screams are still hard to silence, this gag did cut the volume down a bit. The size is just right and very breathable. Unless you have poor sinuses, this gag will be quite easy to breath with in. The strap is easy to use and remove. Also, it is able to hold itself in place. Nothing is more annoying than a gag that can't stay in place and forces you to stop playing around in order to re-position and tighten it.
